Respected fiscal manager with extensive experience in governmental auditing and accounting, specialization in behavioral health. Having worked for over 17 years as a Health Program Audit Manager with the State of California, coupled with her recent capacity as Assistant CFO, Health & Human Services, County of Marin, she brings a wealth of experience and energy.  Mabel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Hayward, CA.

Accomplished and seasoned audit manager with the State of California Department of Health Care Services and specialist with the Department of Finance.  She has extensive knowledge and experience (30+ years) in the areas of financial and compliance reviews, audits of Medi-Cal, behavioral health and other health care programs, various state funds and programs, as well as audits of non-profit and governmental entities while working for a CPA firm.  Medy, an Adept contracted fiscal consultant, is a nice addition and enhances our team.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting.

Highly experienced Controller with 30+ years of expertise, from all aspects of corporate finance and accounting management.  She worked in a variety of industries throughout her career, including non-profits.  She is a hands-on, results-oriented professional, adept in streamlining processes and improving efficiency.  Marlene earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Hayward, CA.

Proficient analyst, with over 8 years as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) with the State of California. She has proven abilities to manage complex projects, including monitoring county grantee contracts, and program oversight of contracts in the public sector.  She brings to the Adept team her resilient work ethic and experience as a liaison.  Marita earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Fresno Pacific University, Fresno, CA.
